Wasn't going to jump in this,but what the hell.Yes you need a ground block or you will get gigged(meaning they will take your money) thats the first thing you need to know. 2nd if you do a install and later on cust takes a lightning strike and the powers to be come out their and investigate and find that you did not ground the install thats your ass by the time the cust claims that all their shit was fried from the plasma on the wall to the 1985 tv thats in the garage that hasn't worked in 2 years you will be one sad broke f*cker.3rd it does not look that bad if you know how to properly route your coax and service/drip loops. That being said you should be concerned with doing the job as neatly as possible and up to specs,which goes back to they will take your money if you don't.
