You use a 35K+ trailer mounted vac to pull up the dirt. You also use a pressure washer attached to the trailer to loosen everything up. It sucks because you need to get fresh dirt to put back because what you vaced up is sooo soupy you cant use it.
It is the same vac directional drill crews use to suck up the mud from drilling.
I wonder how much of this is from the FIOS projects all over the place and all of the cuts that happened.
