Yes but if you live here it isn't too bad. If you have to travel they will take care of per diem. It isn't what I want to make but for temporary it isn't bad. I may go work for them if they want me until I get my Texas gig. You won't get any chargebacks. I use Bunny boots in the winter for climbing. Mukluks are good for warmth and looks.
