if the contractors were honest and just told guys ,im holding back money so when you leave i can cover any cost that you may have caused,,have a set amount,take out 10% untill its reached ,you both sign the agreement before any work is done ,,and it should be no problem,,ive been screwed out of thousands of dollars,,now i make sure i have the contractors name ,home address and vehicle tag number,,if they screw you every employee should make a road trip,,the only way to put an end to this is sue them ,,a union is needed badly in this buisness
