Re: unprofessional appearance

Well I feel Dish Network allows their in-house guys to wear shorts I should get the same luxury. I by no means resemble a homeless individual. We also must have the customer complete a survey which ask about our appearance: unacceptable, satisfied, or very satisfied. 99% of mine are all very satisfied and i do request they be totally honest. The feedback helps me better my services.
