well slap my face and call me sall, had a brain fart there. Its been a while since I used a 4x8 in the commercial side of the house. The smallest we use is the 6x8, it works in all tpes of installs, so its what we carry. As far as the 721 code, sounds like the programming was input wrong. Good luck
