you're best hope is they are in the same boat you are,,, maybe it will cost them more to go to court and lawyers and such than they owe you, at least maybe its a bargaining tool,,,most contracts state that any eq. advanced  must be returned at termination by either party,,, but they still have to find it,,,just don't try to sell it or nothing,, but use it as leverage,,, good luck
