I don't know if he ever did work for Charter, but him and his wife owned a contracting business and did some work with me back during Katrina. Bumped into for a minute back during Ivan and Hugo out in Texas. Haven't heard from him since. They are from over around Little Rock. I think his old lady left him and sold all the trucks. Not sure.
