If you have a card for medicinal pot and have to take a drug test and fail, do you still get to keep your job? Alcohol is legal but not on a job site, seems like the same difference. Weed stays in your system longer, they would have to come up with a test that proved you were under the influence at the time of the test or maybe at the time of an accident. Just curious, I realize that I am straying from the topic and no, I didn't just burn a fatty.
