No shit JD, We can't fix the programs that are already in use and they want us to believe that we can take on National Health Care with no problem. I'm beating a dead horse here but until we get rid of the illegals that have not paid one red cent into a program that they are bankrupting , things will not change and will not work. No change, no way, no how, they can stay.
