Custom charge for a pole mount is $60-$75, standard set by DTV. but only if you supply the pole, if a customer supplies the pole, i'd do it for $50, cost of the pole is only around $10.  majority of that cost is labor.
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
