I guess it is all in the tech that they send you. When I went to the "free" 5 LNB DVR upgrade, the tech they sent did pole mount, outlets, etc.. Free of charge, and he was a contractor.And he did a damn good job. And that was when Bruister owned the operation where I live...So, it's all in the tech. Same as cable..everyone is different. Some will do a good job no matter what...Some won't. Some will try to screw you..some won't.
