If I remember correctly, Pacman had several run ins with the law. That dude just couldn't figure out the terms of his winning lottery ticket and that was "to become a millionaire and maintain your millions for yourself and not some lawyer, you must stay out of jail". For some of these guys they simply can't give up their thug way of life. It seems to me that the big money they get only empowers them to be more thuggish. I wasn't happy when the Cowboys took a chance on Pacman but it didn't take long for him to show that he has always been and will always be a saggin thug. That's too bad because the kid has skills but at least he got his second or third or fourth chance.
