caught using J hooks in the gulf of mexico 3rd offense class 3 Felony, pulling up a lobster trap caught in your prop and it is on your boat while you are unwinding the rope from your prop a 3rd class Felony, It's ok to just cut the rope and let the trap be lost forever, but trying to save the trap for the fisherman you are a 3rd class Felon, yet the Lobster Fisherman can set their traps anywhere they wish and it looks like a Mushroom field at sunrise, so I put a oil stone to my stainless prop and sharpen it like a knife so I don't have to molest their traps, and you can get your 3rd Driving while licence suppended and you are a Felon but It takes at least 5 DUI's within 10 years to become a Felony What a Great State
