All my grounds pass... Simply because they have to... It's an electrical code thingy! Bonding isnt simply attaching a grounding surface to another ground rod or Water connecting point.... Stupid is as stupid does...,.. Bonding is an Equalization of the Grounding in itself.... All parts need to be metered as to a continual ground... For example the Power supply... the Power Pole or the power U/G transformer and the..... Ground......
