What does his contract state. Is he required to bond to common ground (even though it may not be a good ground?) Is he told to hold all applicable licences required by state and federal regulation to complete an installation like most contracts read........ should he hold an electrical license? Low voltage at least I imagine if he has an installation contract. This is all only relevant to contractors of course, employees always work under the qualified officers license whether in installs or construction. So what about HIS contractors?
