I am NOT arguing with you brother...just explaining to people reading what a bond is...A bond joins 2 or more things together to make one...When When an electrical bond is made to a ground that just means that ultimately the whatever is now grounded...A bond in and of itself does not mean grounded...A ground bond simply means whatever is attached to the bond is grounded...

eg...A ground block for CATV is bonded to the power ground which makes the CATV also grounded...A telco demarc can be bonded to CATV which is bonded to power ground which makes the telco grounded...

As long as there is a ground there is a bond...NOTHING (power/cable/telephone) can be groundedwithout a bond...It is the bond that completes the circuit path to ground...
