No you are installing a EGC, equipment grounding conductor, not a bond. Bonding is done between two or more allowable points in a buildings electrical grounding system, IE, CEE, Concrete Encased Electrode, Driven Ground Rod, Metal water pipe that is contact with soil for at least 10' before it enters the building, etc.
