 To me, this tactics are nothing new. I was born in them. Growing up I remember we had a CDR per city block (in every city, town, village, even down in the bayou) with the instructions to report ALL activities in EVERY household on a WEEKLY basis to specific comrades who visited such CDR...
you may wonder what a CDR is. It stands for Comittee for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) and was simply a house in your block which had such mision. Now, that's the ONE you knew about. The sources you didn't know were the dangerous ones. I for one, really believe in the Second Amendment. Thats the one that keeps the others current...
