shell,,, beware,, i've dealt with this bunch for over 2 years , at times things were ok, but been trying to get back pay for nearly a year now,, ( 5%,commerical job over charges, trip charges, no pay for last few jobs i completed )  got a 100 or so after emailing and calling them to death,, now won't answer my calls or email,  owe me close to a grand,, i agree with the " i signed the contract " but so did they, when you have not got the funds to back your business you ride on the coat tails of your techs, and really your ex techs,,, left because they promised no more than 3 weeks out on pay and then it got to be 5 weeks,,, be happy now cause down the road your praise of them will change.........good luck
