Every company is NOT pay as you go the only companies that do that are the ones that should never have started in this business to begin with.
you cant hire someone and expect them to work for free until you get your shit together!
I would not show up the next day if I went in for my check and someone told me "We didnt get paid so you wont be paid" The next stop would be the court house so I could put liens on ALL of the houses I worked on and then we will see if you can pay me.
If you dont have the capital to operate a business then DONT open one because just like everyhting in life once you get behind there is NO catching up no matter how hard you try so in the end the employee's get screwed because the "owner" will always run with the money.
So dont give me that shit that "Thats how every company works"..............!
