sounds more like the guy has found a way around the system, than calling him a thief, their paying the 5 bucks for the receiver, the receiver doesn't know where its out,, i keep one at my shop to watch games on when i'm their working on things, and also keep one for my camper for when we go to river for the weekend, i dont considered that stealing, yea i agree its probably not what dtv had in mind,  but not stealing.
