In the state of Florida everybody is allowed one.  The first DUI is always pled out to a reckless if there was no accident or injury involved.  Good luck with that one.  Most of us are guilty of taking that chance, but then again most of the Dawgs that I know in this business are a rare breed that even though they can't walk they drive impecably drunk. I think it comes from constantly excersizing the brain cells that keep you alive in dangerous situations.
