Directv could care less. I can't tell you how many times I have called them and their 8 dollar an hour person answer the phone and doesn't know what to do with the a person that has 13 receivers in a 2 bedroom apartment. (just happened yesterday)... I also saw one that had rg59 going straight into the house from the dish... I know we are cheap but none of us do an install with 59. I could on for hours..I tried to sell Directv to this guy that already had a dish outside. He told me that he just shares his mom's account and it is way cheaper that way. I call Directv but again the 8 dollar and hour employee doesn't know what to do with this info. It's quite amazing. Sorry this has nothing to do with some idiot stealing your mount but just trying to point out that it may be a long time to find someone at Directv that cares.
