I went inhouse when I was in Phoenix. They paid me very quickly when I went and talked to the guy in charge at Cox. I let him know that they owe me money. When they found out that he knew they did "have the check in the mail". Received it within a couple days. Someone brought up Micor saying something about the installation part of the company. They rent shirts by the wek to their guys. I am not sure if that is a normal practice now but when I refused to rent it and told them I would buy my own they just gave them to me. Also I told them I would buy my own meter rather than rent that damn thing for 100 dollars a month. Other than that weird stuff they never treated me too bad. But I did get my money..
