I dont kno what area you worked in, but when they were in MD, yes they did get kicked out, and so did about 4 other contractors. They did hold retainage, but if you called or wrote a letter to their office, you will get your retainage back, I kno, because Ive done it. IDK about the other systems they may/may not have gotten kicked out of. But the rates were definently the worst when i worked for them.
