Oh but they issued a statement that they aren't going to do that. They really won't and I believe everything they say. The money will just appear. Or they will just print more. Or borrow more because we don't owe enough now and don't worry about the interest we don't have to pay it. All is ok and taxes will not be raised except on those that deserve it. (sarcasm for the idiots that can't tell)
