I will say this for Matrix Group International....   They are very smart people and I have all the respect in the world for Keith Pinter and Scott Faith, they are straight up guys and they keep their word.  If you go to work for them as an employee I would say go for it....  contractors have another story  If you see either of them you can tell them Cowboy said hey
