The NRLB National Labor Relations Board, ONLY deals with union labor. If you are an employee you are "AT will" or if you are a contractor you are a sub or a business. There will always be morons who jump for these guys "$1000 a week" job ads. If you decide to work for ANY dish company get it all in writing before you roll in install #1.
