R and d= research and development. Everyone else is gonna reap the benefits and we are standing on the corner. In the name of what? D sen bill nelson down here says we will ruin the tourist industry by having rigs offshore.. Give me a fuckin break! The goddamn tourists are now gonna be looking at chicom,russian,s.american platforms sticking it to the U.S. not to be confused with us!
