The "NOLO PRESS" has a book called "How to beat a ticket in California" I'd look for a similar book specific to Colorado. I checked it out from the library and learned that the speeding ticket I got based on radar wasn't legal where they were using the radar. But a DUI might be a little harder to beat. Every one that said lawyer is right, it will be far cheaper in the long run.
