anyone here who has ever had to close a job with india will agree. when u call to close a job and the idiots ask you did you call directv to activate the reciever. i always tell them that no that i called santa clause to activate it. who else are you gonna call you damn moron. now i know they are told what to ask but use some common sense. any tech that works houston knows what i am talking about..
