And this is not the first time the NEA has used taxpayer money to do stuff like this. An artist can make anything he wishes to, but why do I have to pay for it? If you dont like Howard, you don't buy the programing, how do we show our dislike for this when we actually paid for it with our own money before we could object to it?
I would also like to know why it is necessary to fund this at all. If it is a worthwhile venture, why is it not supported by those who made it or want to see it? And under what clause of the Constitution is this permitted?
