I have worked for them and let me tell you something.  DON'T DO IT!!!!!!  They have promised me custom fees for 40' ladder work which I have yet to receive, trip charges which I have yet to receive.  The people they have selling for them promise and tell ths customer anythong to get the sale.  I have had customers tell me that they have been told by their sales people  that Directv has boosted their signal so it can go thru trees.  They also tell the customer that wall fishing, mirrored outlets, pole mounts and so forth are free of charge!!!  Then when the customer finds out that it's not they cancel and Smart Circle THEN BACKCHARGE YOU $150 for the loss of the customer!!!  Another good one is when you call to close out the order(If you can get thru), they take the access card #'s and enter them into the system and then YOU get back charged $20 for invalid card #'s.  Then there's my fav of $100 charge for not having your inventory in on time!!!!!  STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
