ttlaf...You are new to the bar and I'm not ragging on you but there are 25k posts on here saying the same thing..nobody is going to pull togeather..nobody is going to quit..nobody is going to do s**t but bitch on the bar and these companys know it...they'll keep cutting pay and doing their charge backs and if you get pissed and quit there will be 10 green beans standing in line for your job and they will do the same to them until they wise up and get pissed and quit...but you guys always go to work for that (other company) and the circle starts again..cable/satellite/all of it, has always been a cut throat business..always will be..gotta learn the crooks fast and nowdays there are way more slime balls out there than good ones..wrote my book for the day..nuff said.
