I haven't payed attention to o'reilly propaganda for years. His mother, (o) was a citizen, yes. His father was not. The ruling is not vague. It is old but a scotus ruling nevertheless. Also no reason for addressing since. Until now. Another of my points, if the scotus had decided to rule it could have answered the question or at least addressed the prior ruling. That furthers my objection to a ligitimate government. All three branches are in contempt.
