You're correct. This technology was practically obsolete as soon as we released it to the public. Russian and chinese radars have already overcome the technology and have sold it to other nations. No one to my knowledge can reproduce it but I lost my security clearance along time ago. Mostly, I was being sarcastic but still, 10 trill is a lot of debt relief and string him up after the fact...
