Dish network BS rules

I filled out a online app for dish network.  They gave me a call yesterday for an interview.  Everything went great until they asked about my driving record.  Which is fine.  Found out they will not hire anybody that has anything at all.  I have one speeding ticket I just got last year going through sulfolk county Va (speed trap area).  The first ticket in 7 years.  I can understand if somebody has 3,4,5 different things on there record.  But 1?  This line of work is getting to be major bullshit.  I quess they cant understand the concept that shit happens.  Dont hold it to the person.  Shit does happen from time to time.  Dont let my one time offence of assult and battery w/ a one time offence of speeding judge me.  I guess they just see it as I like to beat the hell out of people with a little speed demon in me.  I must be a evil person.
