ok after the grants are given...who will pay for the officers after the grants are gone? The states still need the money. Is this just another way to force more money from the people to fund these jobs? Needed or not if they cannot afford it they can't afford it. I hear he wants a 'civil patrol' with as much funding as the military to patrol our country and make sure we are in line. Sounds like a Gestapo to me.
