Cradle to grave. They know better than you. Granted, some don't have the way or means to get up and go, others like myself have lived in the hurricane zone their whole life and know how and what to expect. I seen the video of gun confiscation in new orleans, and I worked there during cleanup. Florida is flat and doesnt flood like many other places flood. Either way I know when to go and when to stay. I have the resources and know how to survive and flat out dont see the necessity for the gov to point a gun at someone who only wants to protect what they have. If they choose to stay and it turns out bad, then it should be their decision, not the gestapopo..
