I'd at least start with an American citizen. another good quality would be one who is not hung up on race, one who knows the history of the country he is running would be nice too, maybe someone who actually thinks before he speaks and is wise enough to know when something is none of his business. how bout a common man or woman, someone who is not hung up on greed and power but stands for fairness and common sense and a pride in the country they "serve" and understands that they serve and not rule. No, i can't come up with a name but the ex-vet who someone posted on here not long ago that was making the speach against american greed sounds good to me, i'm sure one of you guys or girls can remember who he was.
