Yah you are right but if it was your kids I bet you would find a way
If you want something bad enough you will find a way. I mean as a salesmen I can attest that their are section 8 housing in nicer neighborhoods. I guess it takes having a parent that cares and that that parent has their head screwed on right to make decisions for the whole family.. Sucks but the kids are the true victim..
