Tell your "friend" that posting under a minutes-old account with no name or other indication of who they are, asking members to send their private info to an anonymous Hotmail account is not and never will be allowed. If you your friend had a question about why the posts were removed I would gladly help him/her given a reasonable amount of time to respond. When someone continues to spam the same message repeatedly despite knowing that it is not allowed then adds insult to the site along with it, to the point where the account must be closed, then I'm not much inclined to help that individual because it has been my experience that nothing makes them happy so best just to ignore.
