Ok Mike i understand Barack Miss spoke on the issue he should have said nothing until he had the facts or said nothing at all, But he never said the "white cop is stupid" and i am not sure what you are saying but you say "WHITE COP" in your post a Few times and before i comment further Please explain more on that.
