Large medical shears to cut your balls off.

But other than that;

24-28 foot ladder
Cordless hammer drill 18 volt or higher
Flash light
Basic hand tools (hammer, screwdrivers, wrench's, 7/16 and 1/2)
Satellite Meter, Bird Dog or better
Tape Measure
Wire Strippers
Compression Tool
Drill Bits (Masonry and wood/Metal)
Long Drill Bit, or flex bit

And don't forget the Medical Shears, you will need them after 6 months of getting screwed
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
