It really has to do with who were the 'bitches' in prison. The ones that get.....the attention.....are the ones that have to wear their pants low......for easy access. This is not a joke. That is what it is for. And the kids even know it and still want to wear them that way....my son has decided he didn't want to be a bitch and wears a belt now.
