I know we went into iraq under questionable circumstances. With that said, CAN SOMEONE REMIND ME 'WHY' WE ARE STILL IN, AND UPPING THE ANTY IN AFGHANISTAN UNDER THIS ADMINISTRATION? The facts would show that prior to invading this country we supplied arms, we supplied equiptment to burrow into their mountainous terrain, we supplied intel and taught them how to defend against the obvious superior power of russian invasion. Which, in fact help them to maintain their sovereignty. Now, with all the anti-bush/war "no wmd's blah blah" there is little or no opposition from the same people about the ramp up and re-focus on the afghans. And/or loss of life. Wtf is our mission there? Anyone with a good reason, I would gladly like to hear their response. I have a few ideas but let's see what the educated and ignorant have to offer...
