Let me guess, you're a Directv installer? Directv has a bad habit of charging back the last tech on the job.....even tho it was the tech who actually fixed the job. If someone else had to roll on it, it was most likely a problem not even related to the original service call. Been there done that. Your contractor needs to defend that chargeback to Colorado (if it's Dtv) and get you your money. I had that problem when I was with Dtv......that's why I'm with Dish now. Dish doesn't chargeback except under extreme cases, but if it's defended, the money comes back.
