Very good point SLD. I dont know where you live but here in Pensacola it is already happening. There have been a large number of successful small bussines owners that have closed there doors after many years in buisness. It's hard to blame them. If you have workrd hard building a buisness over the last 20 years or so and have accumilated a few million dollars why would you want to give it away to the government.
