The issue at hand is constitutional eligibility of meeting the natural born citizen requirement. The birth certificate is just one aspect because your link displays the Hawaii short form. Your link fails to mention information contained on the long form not on the short form. It also fails to address Hawaii birth registration and how foreign born persons can obtain Hawaii birth certificates. I do not think you are taking into consideration all of the facts.
This particular lawyer is representing military members who have already been disciplined for questioning the commander in chief and now have the standing to take the matter to court. Link to a recent news article.
